Customer Reviews
Good blackout, slow support
I ordered a set of their 100% blackout curtains for my bedroom, the grommet top style in gray. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found the dimensions I needed without much trouble. They shipped within two days, but delivery took about 9 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long. The curtains themselves are thick and definitely block out all light, which is exactly what I needed. The fabric feels durable. I had a question about washing instructions, so I used their online chat. It took over 24 hours to get a response, which was a little frustrating, but they did eventually answer my question clearly. Overall, the product quality is high, but they could improve on shipping speed and customer service response time.
Curtains for the nursery
Got some nursery curtains from here, the soundproof ones. They came pretty quick, took like 5 days to reach Denver. The material is soft and the color was just what I wanted. They actually do make the room darker and quieter for nap time. Easy to put up too. No complaints, it was a good buy.
Good deal on patio curtains
I was looking for some new patio door curtains and came across NICETOWN. I signed up for their newsletter and got a code for 10% off my first order, which was nice. I ended up getting a pair of their extra wide patio door curtains. The price was already pretty reasonable compared to other places I looked, and with the discount, it felt like a really good deal. Shipping was free, which always helps with the budget. They arrived in about a week. The curtains are good quality, they hang well, and definitely block out the sun in the afternoon. I felt like I got a lot for my money.
My new favorite store!
I just received my new velvet curtains and a couple of throw pillows, and I'm so happy! The velvet is super soft and the color is so rich, it looks even better than the pictures online. Everything arrived quickly and was packaged perfectly. The curtains hang beautifully and instantly upgraded the whole room. I will absolutely be shopping here again for more home textiles. Highly recommend NICETOWN, they nailed it!
Decent curtains, long shipping
I bought some thermal insulated curtains for my living room, the rod pocket kind. The website was easy enough to use, no real complaints there. The curtains arrived well-packaged. They actually do a good job of keeping the draft out, which I noticed pretty quickly. The color was true to the pictures online, which is always a plus. My only minor issue was the shipping time; it took almost two weeks to get to my place in Texas. For the price, they're a good value, but that shipping could definitely be faster. Otherwise, I'm happy with them.

I'm looking at their velvet curtains but worried about returns if the color isn't right. What's their return policy like? Is it a hassle?
Hey, thinking about grabbing some blackout curtains for the nursery from Nicetown. Do those really block out all the light? Like, seriously 100%?
